3.2 Wagering Requirements

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial or fraudulent bets to meet bonus requirements.
• Using hacking, malware, or any other technical misconduct.
• Using third-party payment details or bank accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or causing any harm to other users.
• Attempting to disrupt the platform's software or gaming integrity.

All content on the 299app platform — logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, designs, and other materials — is fully protected under the intellectual property rights of 299app or its licensors.
